Zinger Pratha Recipe | 100% Restaurant Style Zinger Wrap and Tartar Sauce | Kun Foods


Bismillah Al Rahman Al Raheem, Aslam Alaikum today i will share very great recipe with you i will make Zinger Pratha today a zinger chicken strip will be used in this i will share whole procedure, cutting of chicken, marination, breading and finally dressing along with that we will make tartar sauce This sauce is widely used with burgers so, we will learn how to make that sauce we will start with chicken take breast of chicken and see how to cut that chicken cut it into half from center there is a strip attached to breast remove the strip from breast we can also use this strip for zinger pratha but this is small in size, so what we will do is we will cut the breast into strips a strip should be 80-90 grams cut the strip and check the weight it weighs 88 grams we need in between 80 and 90, so this is perfect. Cut all the strips check this one this is 117 grams, cut the excessive piece from side this is perfect strip form zinger pratha we will coat it with breading this will be used in zinger pratha and small pieces of chicken will be used in pizza chicken or hot shots, nothing will go to waste let me cut all the strips and i will show the marination procedure lets marinate the chicken now we want spicy chicken to make it spicy i will use different method for marination from my previous video to make instant chicken, this is perfect recipe i will not tell this recipe in grams, this is half kg chicken, i have alreadt measured see the difference of table and tea spoon this is tea spoon which is used to put suger in tea and this is table spoon and we are using tea spoon first ingredient is half tea spoon salt second ingredient is half tea spoon of red chilli powder in this recipe, we are using a tea spoon of chilli in total, from which half is chilli powder and half is chilli flakes the next things are garlic and ginger powder less than a half tea spoon of garlic powder because ginger has very strong taste, use only quarter tea spoon of ginger powder put half tea spoon of chaat masala i have already shared the recipe of chaat masala next ingredient is quarter tea spoon of mustard powder you can also use mustard paste this is mustard powder after that put quarter tea spoon of chicken powder here i have hot sauce, some peopel ask for brands, american garden because we want this recipe a little hot dont use chilli or soya sauce, only use hot sauce use less than a teaspoon if hot sauce in this recipe we willnot use citric acid in this recipe to make instant chicken this recipe is perfect use a quarter tea spoon of china salt as well we have added all the spices if you want to make is commercialy and you have time of 20 or 22 hours then follow my marination recipe that i have already shared in powder form, whic is better for commercial use both are almost same recipes because i will fry this instantly in 15 or 20 minutes, thats why i am using this recipe if you want to follow that recipe, then you need 20-22 ours for marination now mixx this chicken and put aside for 20 minutes so that all the chicken is evenly coated with spice after that we will bread and fry these strips to make zinger strips but make sure that you mixed well if your spice and chicken are dry then use few drops of water to mix while chicken is getting marinated, lets make sauce there is a sauce named as tartar sauce which is made using mayonnaise, dill pickles and lemon i made some changes in that sauce and started using on my food card and i got fabulous response so i will share the same recipe with you, this has very mild spicy taste here i have mayonnaise it is nearly 100 grams of mayonnaise, all the ingredients will go into this the first thing is lemon juice squeeze one fresh lemon next ingredient is salt, use salt according to taste and quantity of sauce and use a pinch of pepper normally in this sauce dill pickles are used if you can see, i have jalapeños here we will used chopped jalapeños three pieces are enough fo this much quantity of sauce this is enough for normal spicy taste chop these jalapeños like this when it will come into a bite, spice of jalapeño and sweetness of mayonnaise will give us a great taste put these into sauce if yo like more heat into your food then add more jalapeños and mix well our sauce is ready if you will make and try it then you will see how good it is we will be using this sauce in zinger pratha it will enhance the taste now lets go and fry the chicken and dress the prathas now i am inside my food cart this is the marinated chicken now we will do the breading for breading we need flour and water put the chicken inside flour now rotate these pieces of chicken in the flour with your hands like this quantity of flour should be high single breading is almost done we will also do the double breading after soaking it into water see the crumbs after single breading now put this into water dip it in water for 10 seconds and put in flour again after soaking now we are doing double breading what you have to doo is, press gently with hands and rotate this chicken clock wise and anti clock wise in flour and now we will drop them into oil now put the chicken into zinger rack see the breading very nice breading and crumbs mashAllah all the strips will be like this benifit of using rack is that all the chicken is dipped in the oil and doesn’t loose its shape put chicken in rack try to remove all the dry flour from chicken in this way oil of fryer will not get dirty oil is preheated at 160 celcius put the rack of chicken in hot oil we will let this chicken cooked for 7 minutes exactly we will toast our prathas till then our chicken is cooked here i have prathas this plain pratha this is easily available and cost effective as well and also good in quality hot plate is preheated brush the hot plate lightly remove the butter papper from one side of pratha and put on the hot plate when it will be slightly cooked, remove other papper if yo have fully frozen prathas then you can remove both at the same time dont use excessive oil, otherwise it will get oily is should be little crispy change the side after 1 minute cooking time of our chicken is completed take them out and let them drain very nicely cooked chikcen and our praqtha is also cooking both pratahas are getting cooked here after cooking these pratahas we will do the dressing now we will cut the veggies, use luttuce for better taste thin and round slices here we have cooked prathas see how good is breading and cooked very nicely and this is sauce take a butter paper put pratha and use sauce on that very delicious use sauce as much you want put chicken strip on that now put salad now out some chilli garlic sauce tomatos and roll it like this zinger ptatha is ready now if you want to pack it then fold the butter papper from both sides you can serve it with our special jalapeño sauce or just with chilli garlic sauce if we talk about the sale price, in big cities it is normally sold in 150-160 but in smaller cities the price range is 130-160 becaus ethey use 70-75 grams strip but we have used 90 grams according to that its sale price will be 150-160 i will write the cost so that you will get better understanding in the same wasy dress all the prathas our prathas are ready now very delicious taste if you serve it with this sauce, more people will like it serving with chilli garlic sauce is also good if you
