Check out Veg Fried Rice recipe in my channel This dish would be delicious if served with Gobi Manchurian or Chilly Chicken… This measure can be served upto 6 to 7 persons 250 gms Basmati Rice Cook the rice for about 3/4th level (partially cooked) Refer to Veg Noodles recipe in my channel After the rice is cooked allow it to cool down first Add required amount of salt and mix it 1 Big Onion chopped 200 gms paneer chopped to pieces Coriander leaves chopped 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste Red chilly powder Heat 4 spoon oil in a pan Add 1 spoon ghee Add ginger garlic paste Add 1 and half teaspoon of red chilly powder Keep the flame to medium Refer to Green Peas Pulav in my channel Now add the chopped onions saute it for 2 or 3 mins. Add paneer pieces Check for special Lemon rice recipe in my channel Add 1/4 spoon Garam Masala Check for Peas paneer pepper fry recipe in my channel Add coriander leaves you can even add spring onions optional Add the rice to the sauteed paneer Mix the rice and paneer gently.
