  1. Sir – The toor dal takes long time to cook in a pan unlike masoor and Moong dal. I prefer to do in a Pressure cooker. Also there is a belief that Masoor dal is not good and causes arthritis. Is it true?

  8. Second daal (Khatti-mithi) is nothing but a Gujarati daal. Proud of being a gujju. Nice concept Kunalji. Always loved your style of cooking.

  9. Sometimes I use pressure cook to boil the daal and sometimes I use Kadai because it’s even test better. Awesome sir
