3 Ingredient Cookies: Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe & More!

am going to show you three different recipes where you can do just that. So lets get baking! So if you follow me on social media you’ll
know that I’m always out and about in LA, traveling, or working. So I eat a lot of snacks on the go. Now, on Bigger Bolder Baking, I emphasize

is only available to US residents. Okay, now lets get started on our recipes. So the first recipe were going to make, believe
it is or not, is a three ingredient oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. It tastes so amazing. All you need are some rolled oats, some bananas,
and then chocolate chips. So the first thing were gonna do is mash our
bananas in a bowl with a fork. Mash up your banana until it’s really fine
and then there’s no lumps. We wanna get it nice and mushy. Lovely. Ok now into this were going to add in rolled
oats and some chocolate chips. Now at this point you might be thinking to
yourself, “Gemma’s gone crazy!” And there’s no way these are gonna make
cookies. Well, it does because the banana acts as your
egg and as your butter and it bakes just like it. And our oats are going to be similar to our
flour. The best thing about these cookies is that
it doesn’t contain any gluten because oats don’t have gluten. Also, there’s no egg, and there’s no added
sugar so it’s a really good cookie for you. And, made in less than five minutes. Now I’m gonna scoop this guy onto our tray. So I like to do a big scooped tablespoon of
cookie mix and then straight onto your tray lined with parchment paper. Now, I love chocolate chip cookies but the
thing about it is, you don’t want chocolate chips, you can put raisins in there, even
add a little bit of cinnamon, whatever you like. Okay, that’s it, our cookies are done, just
so you know, these guys wont spread out too much so you want to give them a little pat
down and flatten out. I mean seriously, three ingredients, five-minute
cookies, come on, nothing better than this. Okay, these guy are looking great, they’re
ready to be baked off. Bake these little beauties off at 350 degrees
Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius for roughly 15-20 minutes. Our cookies are out of the oven they smell
absolutely delicious. Now, as you can see, these cookies actually
don’t brown a whole lot, but that’s okay, that’s the nature of them. They just look like this on the outside and
as they go cold they, they firm um a little bit. So they’ve cooled down a little bit so I’m
gonna crack one open. This looks delicious. Mmm. The crazy thing about these cookies is that
they’re gluten free, they are egg free, they have no added fat, all natural sugars,
oh man, if you leave out these chocolate chips and add in dairy-free chocolate chips they
also make great vegan cookies. I have to say these cookies were a great success. Now, I hope you like coconut, ‘cause that
is our next recipe. So in our next three-ingredient recipe we
are going to make coconut macaroons. You know those lovely mounds with the chocolate
on the bottom, I love them, and you can make them with just three ingredients: some shaved
coconut, or desiccated coconut, some condensed milk, and some chocolate. Just like the other cookie, whip it all together
and bake it off. So into our bowl add in coconut, followed
by our condensed milk, and then mix it all together with a spatula. So now this is another great cookie recipe
that doesn’t require egg or flour. Really, really easy. So traditionally coconut macaroons have egg
whites in them, but the condensed milk in this recipe eliminates the need for that. Okay that it, I go back to what I said, five
minute cookies in no time. These guys are ready to go onto our baking
tray. To shape, scoop a nice heaped tablespoon of
your macaroon mix and then just place it on your tray, leaving a little bit of space between
them. Now, I know these are really easy recipe to
remember, but the quantities and all the instructions can be found on my website, BiggerBolderBaking.com. Okay, we are done with another cookie. No time at all. These guys are ready to be baked off. Bake your coconut macaroons off at 350 degree
Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius, for roughly 15-20 minutes. So here are our coconut macaroons, can you
believe how gorgeous they look? They’re golden brown on top, they smell amazing,
I just adore coconut so much. There’s something about it that leaves me
wanting more. These beautiful, I like how they kept as well. Now, traditionally these guys are served with
a little bit of chocolate on the bottom so now that they’re nice and cooled, that’s our
next step. So here I have a bowl of melted chocolate,
and I’ve got myself some forks. I’m just gonna go ahead and dip the bottom
of the macaroon into the chocolate. You just want to dip the bottom, you don’t
want it to go too far up the sides. Just like so. And then scrape off any excess chocolate,
and then put it onto your rack so it can dry off. And then go ahead and just keep on dipping. One of the biggest requests I get are recipes
without eggs so I’m really glad that I’m able to bring you two cookies that have no eggs
in them so that more people can enjoy them. Okay, our macaroons are looking fantastic,
and I can tell that this guy over here is dry, so I can give him a taste. Oh yum. Yum, yum, yum. I just love coconut, so tasty. It’s nice and thick, squishy, a little bit
of sweetness from the condensed milk, mmm, mmm, mmm. I really, really love this one, but I think
I might have actually saved the best to last. So I really hope you like peanut butter. So now, get this! I am going to show you how you can make the
best peanut butter cookie you’ve ever had with three simple ingredients. Peanut butter, sugar, and an egg. So into our bowl I’m gonna add in my peanut
butter. Now, you can use chunky or smooth peanut butter,
also, you can use any kind of a nut butter you like. That will work well too. Follow your peanut butter with some sugar,
and then one egg. And then just combine all these together. So now like the other cookies, this cookies
doesn’t contain flour, however it does contain an egg, and we cant substitute that out, we
need that in these cookies. Okay, there you go. Another cookie mixed under five minutes. Nice and soft. Now were gonna scoop him onto our baking tray. Just like the other cookies, I like to do
a heaped tablespoon of batter. Make ‘em nice and big. Okay, so now they’re all scooped. Now were gonna get that lovely traditional
look that you usually see on a peanut butter cookie. You need two forks, and all you want to do
is just press one down on top, then go across it the other way. So just do a criss-cross. And then just keep on going all the way around. And press down your cookies a little bit so
they spread out more when they bake. So now I want you to hang around to see these
once they come out of the oven ‘cause I’m telling you they’re the best cookies ever. Okay, gorgeous! Made all pretty, good to go, time to bake
‘em off! Bake your cookies at 350 Fahrenheit or 180
degrees Celsius for roughly 15-20 minutes. Here we are, out of the oven if you could
only smell my kitchen right now, oh it smells heavenly! Now, I love to eat peanut butter cookies warm,
so I’m just gonna break this guy in half and just show you how delicious and buttery he
is on the inside. It’s not cakey ‘cause it has no flour in
it, its soft, absolutely delicious. Mmm, oh yeah. I mean, seriously, takes no time at all to
make. Now, I just showed you how three completely

  2. I just made the oatmeal, banana, chocolate chip, vanilla cookies a couple of hrs ago. But I just broke down a candy bar tho. Those ingredients I already had. I don't have any p.butter bc I have some allergy to it. 🤷 It upsets my stomach when I eat it.

  7. 3:56 "All natural sugars…" Yep. Chocolate chips are seeds from the chocolate tree and the sugar they contain is as natural as the sugar in pears. Yup. Sounds about right. lol

  8. So good, I ate a whole batch after dinner. I made the first recipe with one banana, one box of raisins, and 8 tablespoons of oats, baked for about 15 minutes until I could smell that they were done, and took them out. They make a very satisfying dessert. Will definitely be trying the other two recipes.

  12. People have done oats, nutella and peanutbutter as the base of there cookie. What i haven't seen is someone use Jam, honey, Vegemite or lemon curd. That'll be interesting lol

  18. GEMMA, That is NOT "condensed milk" which is merely EVAPORATED milk and carageenan (Why do they add that anyway? It doesn't need to be there, it's not true to the original) . It should be called SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK.

  19. Traditional cookies at least provide niacine and nutrients present in eggs, milk and flower. But O like the option for diabetic cooking. I'm going to try for taste

  21. About third peanut butter recipe, Is there any possibility to replace such a gross amount of WhITE sugar in it so we get real healthy cookies?? Just dont mention brown or coconut sugar, cause those are all the same crap 🙂

I fact for so long that my daughter, who ate them as a child, will whip up a huge batch shaped like rugby balls, paint laces on them and take them to her hubby's rugby games! They're a hit!!

  24. I'm gluten and soy free so I think these will work very well in that diet…but…what if I want to use a different sugar, .ilke stevia or SweetnLow which is saccharine? This will change the volume of ingredients but would you know if those sugar subs would work as well??

  26. Made the chocolate banana oatmeal cookies – delicious! Though I found them too sweet. Next time I’ll halve the portion of chocolate chips (I used regular semisweet) or even leave them out altogether. Just the banana and oats alone would be tasty.

  29. For the peanut butter cookies…I always, always (as been taught) dip the fork tines in sugar before pressing the tines into the dough. The tines don’t stick to the cookies and the small amount of sugar gives the cookies a nice texture!!
