Hello~ I am Kani jjang~❤️ Annyeong~❤️ Today I came here “Cheong Nyeon Da Bang” I am gonna eat yummy tteokbokki here. I am going in now. Let’s see the menu. Here are lots of set menu. These seem to be new menu. Mala shang tteokbokki, Cheese Pokpo Soon Sal Tteokbokki,
(Cheese falling boneless tteokbokki) Black bean sauce tteokbokki. And what else? what I used to eat is this chadol tteokbokki.
(Chadol : a part of beef) and tong keun ojjang tteokbokki. But I wanna try new menu today. I will eat cheese pokpo soon sal tteokbokki. And I need side menu too. Twigim! (Deep fry) Damoa Twigim and
(Damoa : All in one plate) skewered fish cakes soup middle size 1, and soondae~❤️
(Soondae : Blood Sausage) I wanna order cheese pokpo soon sal tteokbokki, damoa twigim and one plate of soondae and fish cakes soup middle size. Thank you very much!! Wherever I go, I can hear this song~(^^*) (I am so sorry for bad dancing) (You can use apron freely to protect your clothes) Shine muscat ade! Wow~! This is really refreshing! Thank you very much!! Fish cake soup! Here comes fish cake soup!
It looks so delicious! Twigim! Twigim!
There are plenty~(^^*) Just fried one is really delicious! Let’s eat one piece just now. Hot! (Fried shrimp is my favorite one out of all the frys) (Tail of fried shrimps is especially crunchy) (So I love to eat it) (Soondae arrived!) Thank you very much!! Wow! jjolmyeon sari!! (^^*)
(Chewy noodles) I am gonna cut tteokbokki! (This restaurant sells noodles type tteokbokki) (But after cutting the noodles,
it looks like ordinary tteokbokki) (Please be careful not to cut them too short) I am gonna add jjolmyeon now. (jjolmyeon is very chewy and delicious) Wow!! Too much jjolmyeon! It is almost jjolbokki! JJolmyeon sari cost just 0.8 USD, but it is plenty. Soon sal chicken!
(Boneless chicken) Yaki Mandoo!
(Grilled dumpling) Mechuri Al! (Quail’s egg) I will eat well! Wow! these noodles! This is almost jjolbokki! (jjolbokki : tteokbokki that jjolmyeon was used
instead of rice cake) It seems hot! (Yes!! It was actually hot!!) (In Korea, topping for Korean foods is called “Sari”) (jjolmyeon sari and ramen sari are the popular ones) It is too hot! Tteokbokki! Really delicious! (The name of this restaurant “Cheong Nyeon Da Bang means young people’s cafe) Because this is properly spicy, I think people who are not good at
spicy foods can also enjoy this. Odeng and Tteok together! (Since this restaurant is a part of frachise) (you can find the same restaurants in Seoul too) (Sauce for soondae is usually mixure of
salt and red pepper powder) Delicious! (Odeng that means fish cake is actually Japanese word) (In Korean language, Odeng is eomuk) (But both odeng and eomuk can be
acceptable in Korea) (Recently home delivery tteokbokki is
the major in Korea) (So this kind of tteokbokki restaurants are a bit rare) (Tteokbokki cooking on the table is called
“juk seok tteokbokki) Gochu twigim! (Gochu twigim : Fried green pepper) (Green pepper is filled with vegtables and ground meat) (Taste of green pepper itself is a bit bitter) (But it goes well with the stuff inside) (This is boneless chicken) (Boneless chicken is called “ppyeo eob neun chicken”
or “soon sal chicken) (“ppyeo eob nun” means boneless
and “soon sal” means pure meat) (Light foods like tteokbokki or fish cakes,
soondae are called “Boon Sik”) (And the restaurants that sell boon sik
is called “Boon sik jip”) (You can find many boon sik jip in front of school) (But boon sik jip in front of school are usually not franchise restaurants) (In many cases, indivisual is operating
a restaurant at small size) (But because each restaurant has its own unique taste) (it is a great fun to eat various boon sik
in such restaurants) (What I am eating is yaki mandoo) (Yaki mandoo is a combined word of
Korean and Japanese) (Yaki means “Grilled” in Japanese) (And mandoo means “Dumpling” in Korea) (But actually yaki mandoo is near fried dumpling) (It is popular topping for tteokbokki too) (This is fried pumpkin) Uhm~Dan hobak is very sweet and delicious. Arrow sign! (pumpkin is hobak in Korean) (And dan hobak means sweet pumpkin) (Original soondae is the stuffed pig intestines) (Although it is called “blood sausage” in English) (it is not made of blood itself) (but pig’s blood is one of the main ingredients) (So when steamed, its color turned into dark as you see) (This twigim is called “Gim mari”) (It means rolled laver) (Today’s subtitles are up to here) (Please enjoy the remained~❤️) (goguma twigim)
(Fried sweet potato) They were really good! I am gonna take out the remained foods. It was nice meal~
See you again~❤️
